Apostle Dr. Linda M. Johnson-Harvey is the Visionary, Founder, and Overseer of Fragrance of Faith Ministry, Incorporated.  A 501c3 spirit-led organization that has received numerous citations and awards for leadership and the support of marginalized communities.  Apostle Dr. Harvey serves as the Apostolic Covering for several ministries, programs, and businesses in Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Virginia.  She celebrates 33 years in ministry, a published book author, psalmist, and mentor.  She is a Trauma Facilitator and Coach (Trauma Healing Institute) and a graduate of the first Storyteller Group for House of Ruth Maryland.  She is a facilitator/mentor for Maryland Business Roundtable for Education (MBRE) and a Baltimore City Public School Advisory Board member.  She’s committed to assisting the Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary as an instructor at the Freedom Temple AME Zion Church – satellite center. She continues her educational pursuit and enrichment at Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary and St. Mary’s Ecumenical Institute.  Apostle Dr. Harvey is employed at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and celebrates ten years of professional service.  

Dr. Linda Harvey recently received an Honorary Doctorate from the School of the Great Commission (Eastern Shore Satellite Campus), a fully accredited international organization. She was dubbed a “trailblazer” in the community and Christian Education.  

Apostle Harvey’s mantra, “Everyone has the ability to change community.”

She echoes a familiar expression from one of her chosen historical mentors, the late Mary Church Terrell (1st African American woman to earn a degree and was a national activist for civil rights and women’s suffrage), “Keep everlastingly at it.”
