Princess Tamar

 Tamar, daughter of King David, a princess, and next in line to be Queen was violated, a victim of incest, and rejected by her half-brother, Amnon. She was hushed by her brother, Absalom, and wasn't defended by David as her father or her King. Following this life alternating experience, she never took her throne nor showed her face in public again.
